Austin and Jordan playing in muddle puddles
We decided to do a photo shoot of the boys splashing in a puddle. We got Austin a new umbrella so they both had one then got them dressed in their gumboots and jackets. There had been a lot of rain the week before and the park area near Greenhill Road and Peacock road (near school) had flooded so I was pretty sure there would be a little puddle left. Turns out it was a very big puddle (fairly much a lake). Austin posed for a couple of photos with his umbrella then helped position Jordan for a photo of them together. Then we worked out the best place for them to jump in the water so I didn't get any traffic in the background. On my count Austin was all in and jumped all the way across to the tree. Jordan however stood on the edge and was very hesitant. Apparently he didn't want to get wet! He soon worked out what to do with some guidance and before long they were jumping and playing chasey through the water. They had a great time! I emptied their boots numerous times before we headed to the car to put dry clothes on then it was home for a nice warm shower.
