Austin has become quite obsessed with my KitchenAid Mixer - so much so that I've nicknamed her Kitty. I like to take photos of whatever Austin is into at the moment and I decided this was a subject that called for a proper photo shoot with an outfit to complement it. I made the Chef's hat and apron then set up the shot on the floor as I couldn't risk having this very active toddler moving around too much on the kitchen bench. As it was, he found a number of distractions as soon as the camera and lightbox was on the scene but fortunately a little but of persistence paid off. Here a few of my favourites...
